HEY, IT'S ME, SARA! I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE.
I can't pinpoint exactly when my love for photography began—it's just always been a part of me. Growing up in the 1980s, I spent countless afternoons poring over my mom's photo albums, studying every detail of each picture. Back then, photography wasn’t as accessible as it is today. Film was expensive and mostly saved for special occasions. While I’m grateful for the photos that exist, I often find myself wishing more candid moments from my childhood had been captured. What I wouldn’t give for a snapshot of my sister and me belting out songs into our hairbrushes, or my little brother playing with his Tonka trucks in the gravel driveway. My mom, making sun tea or practicing her cake decorating. It’s those everyday, seemingly ordinary moments that I never want to forget. This is what I strive to create for you—not just art, but a legacy of memories that will be cherished for generations.
MY LOVE OF ADVENTURE
I started traveling in 2020 and have visited some truly beautiful places! Some of my favorite trips include Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, Maine, Colorado, and Charleston, S.C. There are still so many destinations on my bucket list, like the Pacific Northwest, Bali, Scotland, and Costa Rica + it would be a dream come true to document you in one of them!
THE LOVE OF OUR CATS
Meet Winston and Cashew, the best cats ever! Winston joined our family six years ago as a tiny
1-pound kitten rescued from a farm, and now he's grown into a nearly 20-pound gentle giant. Cashew, our newest addition, was adopted in 2023 through a local rescue organization. Though he's Winston's complete opposite in every way, we’re absolutely smitten with both of them!
THE INFINITE LOVE OF MY PRECIOUS FAMILY
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 20 years, and we've been together for 23. We first met when he came into the local pizza shop where I worked and asked me on a date. Together, we have two teenage boys—Caleb, 14, and Owen, 13. Parenting teens has been both incredibly rewarding and sometimes challenging! We live in the Columbus suburb of Canal Winchester and absolutely love it here.
